Our Origins

FlowCentric Resourcing (Pty) Ltd is a member of the FlowCentric Group. Our sister company, FlowCentric Technologies, has been an international player in the technology industry for more than two decades, working with some of the largest organisations in South Africa.

Several years ago, Group management identified the need for a talent provider capable of understanding the needs, concerns, and requirements of clients and candidates; providing unparalleled services to businesses and individuals.

This vision gave birth to FlowCentric Resourcing.

The hands-on experience the team has gained over the past few decades makes the team at FlowCentric Resourcing uniquely qualified to pair quality candidates with the right companies.  Forming relationships that are designed to stick and prosper.

The goal of the FlowCentric Resourcing team is to establish long-term strategic partnerships with both our clients and candidates. To achieve this goal open lines of communication are vital, which is why each customer liaises directly with a dedicated Resource Consultant. The team also offer consultation and technology implementation services, supporting critical operational requirements.

With more than two-decade worth of experience building and managing multidisciplinary teams, Odette is proficient in assembling and leading the right team for the job. She has taken numerous customer projects from inception to success. In addition to her considerable knowledge of information technology and business systems, Odette has gained unique insight into many of the business challenges that various industries face. This far-ranging knowledge equips her to offer customers practical guidance on how to create effective solutions for their unique challenges. Director of Talent Acquisition

Laressa is an accomplished human capital recruitment specialist with a passion for matching companies with their ideal candidates. During her nearly 20-year career, Laressa has gained invaluable experience in the fields of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, Relationship Management, and 360-Recruitment. She has successfully matched hundreds of candidates with organisations in diverse sectors such as IT, finance, engineering, and government. It is this experience, coupled with Laressa’s tenacity and drive to affect positive change in the world that sets her apart from other talent specialists. With comprehensive knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the Labour Relations Act Laressa is experienced at dealing with contracts, legal agreements, and sales. Prior to taking up directorship at FlowCentric Resourcing, Laressa successfully managed a company and its staff members for eight years.

Annett Wessels

Annett Wessels

Director/Group Human Resources Manager

Annett manages the human resources team for the FlowCentric Group of Companies, where she and her team are responsible for all human resources matters. Annett has operated as a Human Resources Generalist for several years, with a career spanning nearly three decades. She began her career in the South African National Defense Force (SANDF), moving over to corporate 12 years later. She joined FlowCentric Technologies after a 5-year stint at Gijima, a well-known communication technology service company in Gauteng, where she was fulfilling the role of Administration Manager in the HR Shared Services Department. She is also one of the Directors of FlowCentric Resourcing.
